The bottom line is that no matter what discomforts, tragedies, or inconvenience life hands you, you do not have the right or an excuse to impose upon the rights of others.

The 1st Amendment gives each of us the right to do anything just so long as what we do does not infringe upon the rights of anyone else, his comfort, his possessions, or his safety.

When an individual infringes upon another, he has implicitly repudiated his own 1st Amendment right.
